How does allocation by intent work?
Describe what you need and for how long in plain language. Our AI interprets your intent, then the system scores nearby capacity on utility fit, duration, proximity, availability, price, and quality, and allocates the best match.
What does it cost? Are there any fees?
You pay the displayed price, with no extra fees. A small platform fee is already included in every displayed price. Operators pay no monthly fees or subscriptions and keep their full listed price.

Capacity is concentrated in Southern California today; search any location to see what's live. Restspace is available on the web and in the iOS app.
Can I cancel an allocation?
Yes. Each space has a cancellation policy set by its operator (Flexible, Moderate, Strict, Super Strict, or Non-Refundable), shown on the space page and at checkout. If an operator rejects your request or cancels your allocation, you always receive a full 100% refund.
How do I activate my own space?
Create an account, go to Activate Your Assets, and show your space with photos or a plain-language description. Our AI proposes utilities, amenities, and pricing for you to review and confirm, and you connect Stripe to receive payouts. It is free to join.
