Is the trip cost planner free?
Yes. You can plan and price a trip without an account. Sign in only if you want to save trips or share a link.
What does "all-in" include?
Hotel room rates plus occupancy taxes, tourism fees and resort fees for that hotel's city, hotel and attraction parking, sales tax on meals, tips, and tickets priced by age. Refundable card holds, like a hotel's incidentals deposit, are shown separately because they come back to you.
How are meals priced for my group?
Per person. Kids eat from the kids menu up to the restaurant's kids age, adults get a typical entrée, and teens or anyone with a big appetite get a heartier plate. Children under 2 eat free. Drinks and tip are included by default and you can change both.
Where do the prices come from?
From a curated San Diego catalog: each place's prices are gathered from its own menu or website. Every item shows whether it has been verified and when it was last checked. Prices change, so check before you go.
Does the AI make up prices?
No. The AI only reads your description and picks places from the catalog for your group. Every number comes from the catalog through the same cost calculation you see in the "Why" breakdown on each item.
I found a hotel price on a booking site. Can I use it?
Yes. Enter the nightly price you found (resort fee included, before tax) on the hotel and the planner adds that hotel's taxes and fees without counting the resort fee twice.
Can I save and share a trip?
Sign in to save trips; changes to a saved trip save automatically. You can share a read-only link, and anyone who opens it can copy the trip and edit their own version. Anyone with the link can see it, including the names you entered for your group.

San Diego only for now: La Jolla, Downtown and the Gaslamp, Little Italy, Balboa Park, Old Town, Mission Bay, Pacific Beach, Ocean Beach, Point Loma, Coronado, Del Mar, Carlsbad and more, with hotels, restaurants, treats, attractions and free things to do.
