Are there any monthly fees or subscriptions?
No. Restspace is completely free to join and activate capacity. Users pay the displayed price with no extra fees — operators keep their full listed price.
What payment methods do you accept?
We use Stripe for secure payment processing. Users can pay with all major credit cards, debit cards, and Apple Pay.
How do operators receive their earnings?
Operators connect their Stripe account to receive payouts. Funds are typically available within 2-3 business days after an allocation completes.
What does the platform fee cover?
A small platform fee is included in every displayed price. It covers secure payment processing, 24/7 customer support, allocation management tools, marketing exposure, and continuous platform improvements.
What happens if an allocation is cancelled?
Cancellation policies are set by operators. Refunds are processed according to the operator's policy. No platform fees are charged on cancelled allocations.
What about Stripe processing fees?
Stripe charges 2.9% + 30¢ per transaction. This is handled behind the scenes and is standard for all Stripe-powered platforms.
